1. Introduction
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the use of the mobile application provided to the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") and sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties, as well as the responsibility of the Application owner.
By using the Application, the user confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement. If the user does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Application.
2. Description of the Application
The Application is intended for planning and following a schedule for taking dietary supplements, medications, and health products, as well as sharing personal stories of users who describe their experience with illnesses, symptoms, measures taken, treatment methods, and the results achieved. The Application does not provide medical recommendations, diagnoses, treatment regimens, or individual prescriptions, and is not a source of medical advice. All materials in the Application are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional.
3. Responsibility of the Application Owner
The owner of the Application is not responsible for the accuracy of the information published by users in the Application. All stories and materials posted in the Application are the personal opinions of users and cannot be used as treatment recommendations. The user agrees not to use the Application to post false, harmful, offensive, or illegal materials, to promote violence, incite interethnic hatred, advocate military conflicts and inhuman actions, or distribute prohibited chemical substances and violent items.
The owner of the Application is not responsible for any consequences that may arise from using the information published in the Application.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
The Application strictly adheres to the confidentiality of users' personal data. We do not transfer, sell, or share users' personal information with third parties, except as required by applicable law.
All personal data that may be collected during the use of the Application (e.g., name, email address, usage data) will be used exclusively to improve the quality of the Application and will not be transferred to third parties without the user's consent.
5. User Content Publication
Users have the right to post their stories and comments in the Application. All posted materials must comply with the laws of the country where they are published and not infringe on the rights of third parties. The Application reserves the right to delete or modify content that violates these rules.
The user confirms that by posting their stories in the Application, they grant the owner of the Application a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use these materials, including for posting on platforms related to the Application, for the purpose of sharing with other users.
The Administration of the Application reserves the right to decide on the non-admission/deletion of any user publication without providing reasons, as well as to block/limit the user's access to the functionality of the Application in case of repeated violations of the rules.
6. Disconnection and Data Deletion
The user can stop using the Application at any time.
7. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
Not post information that violates the rights of third parties, is false, harmful, offensive, or illegal;
Not use the Application for purposes contrary to the law;
Comply with privacy rules and not share their data with third parties.
8. Limitation of the Application Owner's Liability
The owner of the Application is not responsible for any losses caused to the user or third parties as a result of using the Application, including but not limited to direct or indirect losses, data loss, income loss, or damage arising from the use of information provided by other users.
The Application is not a medical or pharmaceutical service and does not provide medical consultations or recommendations. All materials posted by users are purely personal experiences and should not be used as the sole basis for making medical decisions.
9. Security and Legality
For the security of the Application owner under the law:
All user data stored in the Application is processed in accordance with the requirements of data protection legislation.
The Application does not provide users with the ability to exchange medical prescriptions, treatment regimens, or other professional medical information, which minimizes legal risks.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the Application for users who violate the rules, post illegal materials, or contradict the provisions of this Agreement.
10. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country where the Application owner is registered. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved in the appropriate judicial authorities of that country.
11. Changes to the Agreement
The owner of the Application reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect from the moment they are published in the Application.
12. Final Provisions
